Company History
AGAN LAND CORPORATION started as a small low cost and socialized housing developer in Koronadal City (Mindanao, Philippines), going into a joint venture with the National Housing Authority in 1993 to plan, construct, and sell 331 houses in what would be known as the NHA Marville Homes. It was the very first socialized housing project in the whole province of South Cotabato, Philippines
A year later on 19 April 1994, the company was incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (Registration No. DS-094-000107). To date, the privately held company has more than tripled its Authorized Capital Stock, and has grown to be the leading and most active Real Estate Developer in the SOCKSKARGEN (South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, General Santos City) growth area.
AGAN LAND CORPORATION built its 6,000th housing unit in 2013, and the continued excellence in constructing these houses, together with the amenities and facilities within the subdivisions developed, has resulted in its acceptability in the market as the most reliable and sought after real estate developer in the provinces where it operates.
AGAN LAND CORPORATION has been consistent awardee as top five (5) developer in the whole Mindanao in terms of take out with the Pag-IBIG Fund for several years and counting. In fact, the company has awarded as Top 1 developer in the year 2016 held at SMX, Pasay City.

President & CEO
Mar continues to lead the company into its third decade, having guided its growth from a small firm into the organization it is today. Under his leadership, the company has expanded steadily while maintaining its core values and commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines.
Paulinius A. Ong Ante
Board of Director
Paul serves as a member of the Board of Directors, providing strategic oversight on the company’s information systems and operational performance. He plays a key role in guiding digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and operational efficiency to ensure that business operations are streamlined, accurate, and aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and corporate direction.
Pierre Lawrence A. Ong Ante
EVP - Corporate Secretary
Pierre ensures that the company operates within budget and stays aligned with its financial goals. He oversees financial planning and management to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, majoring in Business Administration, from the University of Asia and the Pacific in Ortigas, Philippines.
Engr. Aurelio Madria, Jr.
Project Development Manager
Jun oversees the implementation of development plans and ensures the efficient execution and construction of all company projects. He is a certified Civil Engineer and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame of Marbel University.
Lelecita A. Ong Ante
Exe. Vice Pres. - Treasurer
Aleli plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sustained growth and strategic direction. As Executive Vice President and Treasurer, she is responsible for shaping the organization’s path forward, ensuring that all operations and initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.
She holds a degree in A.B. Economics from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
Peter Linus A. Ong Ante
EVP – Operations
Peter oversees the company’s overall operations, ensuring that all departments function cohesively and efficiently. He plays a key role in streamlining operational processes, improving organizational performance, and enhancing profitability while maintaining the company’s commitment to constructing affordable and quality-built homes.He is a Bachelor of Science in Economics graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines.
Patric A. Ong Ante

Patrick is responsible for the strategic human resource planning of the company, ensuring that it attracts, develops, and retains the best available talent. He brings a strong background in people development and organizational effectiveness, having earned a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
